Adjacent to the lower garden is another master bedroom with air conditioning and en-suite bathroom, accessible via the outdoor staircase on the NAYA.

 

The villa is close to restaurants, shops, bays and beaches. Moraira and Benissa are very popular with people of different nationalities, so there are many cosy bars and restaurants in the dream bays and on the beaches within walking distance. You can also rent a boat there. Shops: the luxury supermarket with fresh butcher and fishmonger Pepe La Sal is just around the corner. There is a new large Aldi down the street (1 km max) and a good restaurant, La Vida, across the street. Moraira centre is within 10 minutes. Cala Baladrar bay is 1500 metres away with a beach bar/restaurant. All the other bays are lined up and connected by a breathtakingly beautiful UNESCO World Heritage walking trail (Paseo Ecologico); magical! And all this at the bottom of your street!​
